Adults are human being or any other animal that has reached full growth.The biological meaning of the term refers to an animal reaching sexual maturity and thus capable of reproducing. The term "adult" is often applied to human beings to refer to moral and social concepts. An adult who is legally mature is, as opposed to "minors" (also known as non-adults), is someone who is older than the average age and thus considered to be independent, responsible and independent. They are also known as "majors" They can also be considered to have reached the age of adulthood. The average age at which you can attain legal adulthood is 18, however, definitions can differ based on legal rights, country and the level of development in psychological terms.

Adulthood refers to the period in the human lifespan when the person is at maturation in both physical and mental development. Typically, the age of adulthood is around the age of 21, or 20. After middle age (starting at around 40), comes older age (around age 60). The beginning of adulthood occurs between the years of between 18 to 30. Middle adulthood occurs from between the mid-30s and the 60s. Late adulthood starts at the middle of 60s. As we enter the initial stage of adulthood (between 20 and 40) the bodies of our children have reached full maturation even though our height and weight may rise slightly. Our physical capabilities are peaking when we are young adults. This is reflected in muscle strength in addition to reflex time, the sensitivities, and functioning of the heart.
